211 Information and Referral Services
2-1-1 or 780-482-4636 (for calling from outside the Edmonton region)
211 provides citizens living in the Edmonton, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County referral information for various support agencies.

Addictions Helpline (Alberta Health Services)
24 Hour Support Line
24-hour line provides support for alcohol, tobacco, drug and gambling addictions. More information on addictions and referral services are also available.

24 Hour Support Line
24-hour line for people experiencing emotional crisis or for those who would like help with difficult situations. Talk to non-judgmental, understanding and compassionate volunteers trained in providing support and giving referrals to community services and programs.

Family Violence Info Line (Government of Alberta)
24 Hour Support Line

24-hour line provides supportive listening, risk assessment, safety and action planning, and referrals for counselling and shelters.

Kids Help Phone Canada
24 Hour Support Line
24-hour support line for kids and youth from 5-20 years old. It is anonymous and confidential; provides free counselling and advice for youth when dealing with difficult situations and do not have a support person to talk to.

Mental Health Helpline (Alberta Health Services)

24-hour confidential and anonymous crisis intervention. Information available about mental health programs and services and referrals to other agencies.

Residential School Survivor Crisis Line (Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program, Government of Canada)

24-hour support line for former residential school survivors with emotional crisis. Safe, confidential, respectful, and non-judgmental counsellors to talk to.

Seniors Abuse Helpline (Canadian Mental Health Association)

24-hour support offering confidential and anonymous support to seniors experiencing abuse or for those who suspect abuse of a senior they know. Action planning, resources, and referral services are also provided.
